Description
Given air temperature (Celsius), relative humidity gives Temperature Humidity Index discomfort. Giles BD, Balafoutis CH, Maheras P (1990) Too hot for comfort:
the heatwaves in Greece in 1987 and 1988. Int J Biometeorogy 34:98–104 .

numeric Air temperature in Celsius degrees.

numeric Relative humidity in percentage.
