ammeir2/PSAT: Inference after Selection with Aggregate Testing
A package for performing inference after aggregate testing in various situations. At the moment, methods are implemented for adjusting independent p-values that were selected via an aggregate tests, inference for normal means that were selected via a quadratic test and inference for coefficients vector of generalized linear models that were selected via an aggregate test.
