This is a resubmission. I have updated link in README file to point to the pdf of the package working paper.

Submission summary

This new release fixes a minor bug and adds a citation file for a new JSS publication.

Test environments

• ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS (on travis-ci), R 3.4.4
• win-builder, 3.5.0 alpha (2018-04-10 r74581)

R CMD check results

There were no ERRORs or WARNINGs.

There was the follwoing comment.

Found the following (possibly) invalid DOIs: DOI: 10.18637/jss.v084.i03 From: inst/CITATION Status: Not Found Message: 404

The DOI in the CITATION is for a new JSS publication 
that will be registered after publication on CRAN.

There was one NOTE.
