antiphon/rstrauss: Simulates Strauss point process, in 2D and 3D

Simulate the Strauss point process in 2- or 3-dimensional cube (rectangular cuboid). Implements standard algorithms: Metropolis-Hastings, birth-and-death and dominated CFTP.
