armbrustlab/clusterPop: Cluster Phytoplankton populations
The package performs classification of phytoplankton populations based on k-means clustering algorithm and customizable parameters used to define the pre-gating regions. The package can analyzed a serie of continuous flow cytometry data files, where the classification results of the previous file are used to classify the populations in the next file.
