Setup scripts
These scripts are necessary to add data to the PEcAn database that may not already be there.
They are as follows:
add_pfts.R -- Add UMBS-specific plant functional types to the PEcAn database, and assign them priors based on similar existing PFTs already in the PEcAn database.
