Description
gpnlreg.krig.local.pars takes a gpnl.obj with est.results, and fits a spatial model to each
transformation parameter independently using a Gaussian process or an approximate thin plate spline.
Then, using these surfaces models, the transformation parameters are predicted at the observation locations
of the moving data set (data2). gpnl.obj$fit.results contains the fitted models and the
predicted transformation parameters.
