This function returns the power for three-level cluster randomized trials designs with treatment at level 3 (cluster level). It addresses the following models:
Main treatment effects with no additional covariates.
Main treatment effects with covariate(s) at level 1 only.
Main treatment effects with covariate(s) at level 2 only.
Main treatment effects with covariate(s) at level 3 only.
Main treatment effects with covariate(s) at levels 1, 2, and 3.
Cluster-level moderator effects with no additional covariates.
Cluster-level moderator effects with covariate(s) at level 3 only.
Sub-cluster-level moderator effects with no additional covariates.
Sub-cluster-level moderator effects with covariate(s) at level 2 only.
Individual-level moderator effects with no additional covariates.
