Draw a random sample from a GPD distribution

Description

Draw a random sample from a GPD distribution

Usage

## S3 method for class 'GPD'
random(d, n = 1L, ...)

Arguments

d

A 'GPD' object created by a call to [GPD()].

n

The number of samples to draw. Defaults to '1L'.

...

Unused. Unevaluated arguments will generate a warning to catch mispellings or other possible errors.

Value

A numeric vector of length 'n'.
