Description

Details

This is a wrapper around the peak picker in the bioconductor package MassSpecWavelet calling 'cwt', 'get.localMaximum.cwt', 'get.ridge', 'identify.majorPeaks' and tuneIn.peakInfo.

m/z value of the peak at the centroid position
