bhklab/rPharmacoDI: PharmacoDB Data Ingestion - functions for converting pSets to PharmacoDB database tables

The rPharmacoDI packages provides functions to exporting a pSet object to raw .csv files, which can then be read into Python for processing into the database tables used for seeding PharmacoDB. Additional utility function for downloading additional data needed for PharmacoDB table generation will be included, including to get any precomputed R objects to speed up table creation as well as any required metadata.
