an S4 class to document data formated in the DarwinCore occurrence core format
Slots
corea data.frame. The DwC occurrence core, formatted with occurrences as rows and variables/DwCTerms as columns. Must contain "eventID", "occurrenceID" and "basisOfRecord"
emofa data.frame. The DwC extended Measurement or Fact (eMoF) extention. This can be used to store environmental data using the MIxS vocabulary.
EML.urla character. the url to the Ecological Metadata Language (EML) file from the IPT
QCboolean to indicate that the data been Quality controlled (TRUE) or not (FALSE)
