Description
Calculate desired values
Usage
apply_calculations(labdat, file_sheet_year)
Arguments
labdat
dataframe containing the parsed lab data
file_sheet_year
numeric value indicating the sheet year
Value
dataframe containing all calculated values. Note that the results of
determine_NA_NC() are employed, and that parameters for which a value
cannot be calculated are assigned NA or NaN, as defined in the function
