bonartm/cheopsr: Talking to the Hight Performance CHEOPS Cluster at the University of Cologne
Various utility functions to talk to the CHEOPS cluster from within R. Send job files, scripts, data and collect the results. Note that you must have a valid user account from the University of Cologne. This package heaviliy calls the ssh and scp command line programs. So this package can only be used in combination with a common Linux distribution!
