Data directory path, character

This is a complicated one: the authors posted their data on Figshare (good), but provide only raw CO2 concentration data. Need to read each file, compute the flux for each chamber at each timestep, and stitch together. This is slow.

A data.frame containing extracted data.

One of the files had a corrupted character: in Miyazaki_Efflux_txt_Stage_2/Efflux_2/Miyazaki201205.dat had to change a stray "(" to "," line 365560. This is noted in the README in the raw data folder.
