A dataset containing tumor volumes derived from different segmentation methods applied to PET imaging scans of cancerous head and neck lesions by institutions participating in a challenge conducted by the NCI Quantitative Imaging Network (QIN).

An object of class data.frame with 940 rows and 4 columns.

Details

[,1] method factor unique identifier for the segmentation method.
[,2] lesion factor identifier for the segmented lesion.
[,3] operator factor identifier for the operator performing the segmentation.
[,4] volume numeric segmented volume (ml).
