NCEPRefClass-class: A subclass of SPNCRefClass for NCEP/NCM
In btupper/spnc: A simplified interface between spatial classes and NetCDF data sources
Description
This NetCDF data is projected and can be ready by the raster package. Unlike
other members of the SPNCRefClass, this class stores the data as raster. The get
get_raster() and get_points() functions are still exposed for consistency.
