Teacher Efficacy Data
Description
A dataset containing teacher efficacy, social support, psychological wellbeing and job stress of 247 teachers working in kindergarten
Usage
teachers
Format
A data.frame with 247 rows and 7 variables:
- age
teacher's age. 1: 20-24, 2: 25-29, 3: 30-34, 4: 35-39, 5: 40-44, 6:45-49, 7: 50 or above
- marriage
Marital Status. 0: single, 2: married
- children
Parental Status. 0: no children, 1: one or more children
- wellbeing
Psychological Well-being
- stress
Job stress. A response syndrome of negative affects(such as anger or depression) resulting from the teacher's job
- efficacy
Teacher Efficacy. A judgement of his or her capabilities to bring about desired outcomes of student engagement and learning
- support
Social Support. Various resources provided by ones's interpersonal ties.
