Usage

processXMLIndSpectra(spectraImport, smallOrProtein, index, ...)

Arguments

spectraImport	maldiquant spectra list
smallOrProtein	"small" or "protein" chooses which processing pipeline is used
index	logical vector describing which spectraImport spectra to use
...	advanced arguments for MALDIquant, see IDBacApp::processSmallMolSpectra() and/or IDBacApp::processProteinSpectra()
