Description

This data are used as toy data for several functions of learnMET package.
Phenotypic data for the indica rice population for four traits.

Format

data.frame object with 7 columns:

1. geno_ID character contains the genotype identifiers.

2. year numeric contains the year of the observation.

3. location character contains the name of the location.

4. GY character Grain Yield

5. PHR character Percentage of Head Rice Recovery

6. GC character Percentage of Chalky Grain

7. PH character Plant Height
