corwms/ZunderPipelineFunctions: Zunder Lab pipeline helper functions
Initial goal is to make file input/output simple across multiple scripts in script-based pipeline. May eventually be used to provide wrapper functions for different clustering techniques, dimensionality reduction technique, etc.
