In cpanse/MsBackendRawFileReader: Mass Spectrometry Backend for Reading Thermo Fisher Scientific raw Files

MsBackendRawFileReader

Provides an alternative MsBackend to Spectra through the rawrr package. Ultimately this backend will allow direct access to spectral data logged in ThermoFischer Scientific .raw files using accessor functions defined in the Spectra package (on-disk backend).

Install

Goal

Integration of rawDiag and rawrr into the RforMassSpectrometry Spectra ecosystem.
