Usage

create.repository.key(owner, repo, content, ctx = get.github.context())

Arguments

owner	the repo owner (user, org, etc)
repo	the name of the repo
content	the JSON object with the content. See http://developer.github.com/v3/repos/keys/#create for details
ctx	the github context object
