Usage
make_plots(out, dataset_name, x_lim = 160, legend_rel_width = 0.2)
Arguments
out
output list
dataset_name
name of dataset for plotting
x_lim
extent of x axis
legend_rel_width
relative width of legend subplot
Details
This is a wraper functions that return three plots: molecular proportions, complexity profile, model fit, and TOR curves plots
