Data on Baboon grooming relationships
Description
Data on grooming paired with additional covariate data. See the reference to the original study below for full methodological information.
Usage
data(Baboon_Data)
Format
An object of class "list". N individuals = 19. The list contains three matrices (of dimension 19x19) containing data on Grooming, Presenting, and Threatening behaviours, hand-coded from focal follows.
An Exposure matrix gives the count of times in which individual i could have been observed engaging in a given behaviour towards individual j. Finally, there are covariate data on Sex and Age.
