Blood sharing data in vampire bats
Description
Data on blood sharing observations. Kinship data is based on SPAGeDi software estimates from the authors' STR data. See the reference to the original study below for full methodological information.
Usage
data(Bat_Data)
Format
An object of class "list". N individuals = 19. The list contains three matrices (of dimension 19x19) containing data on licking duration, relatedness, and opportunity to be observed.
Finally, there is covariate data on Sex.
