In d-cameron/svqsc: Structural Variation Quality Score Calculator
svqsc (Structural Variation Quality Score Calculator)
Calculates calibrated phred-scaled QUAL scores for structural variant
breakpoint calls.
As this package is not yet released on CRAN or BioConductor, the simplest way to install/update is to use the devtools package:
library(devtools)
install_github("d-cameron/svqsc")
Documentation
Basic R documentation is included but, as this package is still a work in progress,
many functions have only basic documentation.
Example
Example usage, and precomputed models based on Genome in a Bottle data sets
can be found in the example subdirectory.
