Lognormal confidence interval with lower bound
Description
Calculates 95% confidence interval for abundance estimate Nhat, based on the assumption that
Nhat is lognormally distributed and that n population members were observed (so that
lower bound of confidence interval can't be below n.
Usage
lnci.nmin(n,Nhat,cv)
Arguments
n
observed number of population members.
Nhat
point estimate of abundance.
cv
coefficient of variation of Nhat.
