Description
The data dictionaries for ACS PUMS data are supplied as text files.
The data dictionary for the 2016 1-year ACS PUMS data is included in this
package as a string in the variable data.dict16.
Users can load the data dictionary for the ACS PUMS data that they are using,
which may be somewhat different from this one as:
readr::read_file(path). That returns a string that can be used whenever
a data dictionary is called for in PUMSutils.
