dhelkey/dgrank: Construct Draper-Gittoes Rankings of Institutions
Provides functions for ranking institions with respect to binary outcome performance. Rankings are computed according to Draper-Gittoes (2004) methodology. Functions are provided to generate composite scores. Main function intended for CPQCC/VON usage, but fast functions are provided for Bayesian linear and probit regression.
