Description
Wrapper for soundecology package
Usage
getvals(filename, fl, mf = NA, maxf = NA, units_ = "samples")
Arguments
filename
File name
fl
file location
mf
minimum frequency for complexity
maxf
max freqency for complexity
units_
Units for tuneR to read wave file. Defaults to "samples"
Value
Returns a data frame with accoustic indices.
