The pathway sets provided have been collated from multiple sources, including [CPDB](http://cpdb.molgen.mpg.de), [MSigDB](http://software.broadinstitute.org/gsea/msigdb/collections.jsp), and others. The following are the gene sets currently avaiable in 'rPEGEOS':
