In dkaschek/blotIt2: Align Time-Course Data by a Mixed-Effects Alignment Model

Description

Plot original dose response data together with the prediction of the alignment model in new style.

Usage

plotDR1(out, ..., ymin = NULL, units = c("", ""))

Arguments

out	output of alignME with obligatory columns time and dose
...	logical expression used for subsetting the data frames, e.g. name == "pERK1" & time < 60.
ymin	value defining ymin for all y-axes
units	character vector of length 2 defining units for the x- and y-axes, e.g. c("[ng/ml]","[a.u.]")
