getEReproAndGrowth: Get energy after metabolism and movement

Description

Calculates the energy rate available by species and size for reproduction and growth after metabolism and movement have been accounted for: E_{r.i}(w). Used by the project method for performing simulations.

getEReproAndGrowth method with feeding_level argument.

getEReproAndGrowth method without feeding_level argument.

Arguments

object

A MizerParams object.

n

A matrix of species abundance (species x size).

n_pp

A vector of the background abundance by size.

feeding_level

The current feeding level (optional). A matrix of size no. species x no. size bins. If not supplied, is calculated internally using the getFeedingLevel() method.

Value

A two dimensional array (species x size)
