Internal functions used in NCStats

1	.onAttach(lib, pkg, ...)

These functions perform code required by other functions in the NCStats package. These functions are not to be called by the user.

Take note of the following uses:

c.region and d.region are used in distrib, plot.htest and powerSim.
cCDF.plot, cPDF.plot, dCDF.plot, and dPDF.plot are all used in the distribution simulators – e.g., sbeta, snorm, etc..
