Usage

agg_abund(x, agg.var)
Arguments
x
A data set containing columns 'agg.var', 'N_predict'
and 'N_real'. The last two are obtained from a calls to
agTrendTMB::sample_N and agTrendTMB::get_real.
agg.var
Variable used for aggregation
