dtdoering/grofitr: Prepare and analyze microbial growth data for use with R/grofit
A package intended to facilitate cleaning and processing of data for use with the package `grofit`. Take output from common plate readers (such as BMG, Tecan, etc), process it, and estimate growth parameters such as lag time, growth rate, saturation point, and area under the curve.
