#' Unemployment rates for Scotland by ethnicity
#'
#' This data set is for teaching and training purposes.
#' Estimated unemployment rates for people (aged 16 and older) in Scotland from
#' 2012 Q4 through 2022 Q1 by ethnic group (white or minority) and by ethnic
#' group and sex (male or female). These estimates are reported quarterly and
#' refer to the preceding twelve-month period.
#' Note that the unemployment rate here only relates to people in the labour
#' force, i.e., who are "economically active". Unemployment refers to people
#' without a job, who can start work within two weeks following their survey
#' interview, and who had either looked for work in the previous four weeks or
#' were waiting to start a job. People that have stopped looking for work are
#' not included in this unemployment figure.
