ecohealthalliance/eidith: Data access and analytical tools for the PREDICT EIDITH database
This package provides a programmatic interface to the PREDICT EIDITH database from R, allowing download and query of sampling data. Use of download functions requires an EIDITH account with appropriate permissions. EIDITH also generates standard reports and implements common analysis functions for PREDICT data.
