Description
An interactive Shiny-Dashboard interface for exploring generalised additive models (GAMs) as a tool for modelling depth time series (DTS). Within this application, depth time series can be simulated, post-processed and modelled under different conditions. Comparisons of the simulated and inferred relationships under different conditions can be informative about the impacts of impacts of data structure, post-processing decisions and model structure for ecological inferences. A specific vignette provides further information for this function.
