edwardpmorris/FASTSpectra: Parse and radiometrically correct Ocean Optics spectra files

FASTSpectra allows you to parse multiple Ocean Optics spectra, include the instrument generated metadata and perform radiometric corrections. So far only "text with header" format is supported.
