Description

fita calculates the mutual information between presented and responded categories.

Usage

fita(cm, grouping)

Arguments

cm	The confusion matrix (see confusion.matrix).
grouping	A vector of strings containing the names of the variables used to group the FITA by.

Value

A data.frame with fields:

• Hf The total information entropy.

• t.abs The absolute mutual information.

• t.rel The relative mutual information (t.abs/Hf).
