ggFactor = T, Scale = 1000, assYear = NA, retroY = NA)
Arguments
path
Path to the runs, here the 'root' path to the runs.
run
Name of the directory that contains the result.
rName
Name of the run.
mName
Name of the model used.
calcSurBio
Flag, TRUE (default) if survey biomass should be calculated.
ggFactor
If TRUE (default) rescale prerecruits with M=0.0
Scale
Convertion of values
assYear
Assessment year
retroY
The retrospective year
Value
A list with data.frame rby, rbya and rba
