Optimal data window for abrupt warming transitions in the last glacial

Description

Data windows enclosing abrupt warming transitions found by optimization scheme to be used in linear ramp model fit. Also includes onset depth and dating given by Rasmussen et al. (2014).

Usage

event_intervals

Format

A data.frame with 29 rows and 10 columns:

ID

The row in the GISevents dataset.

onsetlabel

Description of the event.

NGRIP_depth_m

Onset of transitino in NGRIP depth.

GICC_age.yb2k

Onset of transition in GICC05 age.

depth_int_lower.m

Start of data window expressed in terms of NGRIP depth.

depth_int_upper.m

End of data window expressed in terms of NGRIP depth.

age.int.lower

Start of data window expressed in terms of GICC05 age.

age.int.upper

End of data window expressed in terms of GICC05 age.

index.int.lower

Start of data window expressed in the number of (5 cm) steps from Holocene.

index.int.upper

End of data window expressed in the number of (5 cm) steps from Holocene.
