pca_namename of PCA results in metadata
dependencesa list of dependend packages
nameThe name of the method used to store the dimension reduction results
npcsthe size of latent dimension (default: 20L)
umap_namethe name of the UMAP results

umap_dimthe name of the UMAP dimension (default: 2L)
snn_namethe name of SNN results
