density.ind: Assign wood density

In ervanSTRI/AGBflux_pack: Set of functions to format, correct and compute AGB fluxes from CTFS-formated data.

Description

Assign wood density using CTFS wood density data base (WSG)

Usage

## S3 method for class 'ind'
density(df, site, wsgdata, denscol = "wsg")

Arguments

df	a data.table
site	provide the full name of your site (in lower case) i.e. 'barro colorado island'
wsgdata	a list of tree species (mnenomic) and corresponding wood density
denscol	the variable to be return ("wsg" by default). No other option is implemented.

Value

a data.table (data.frame) with all relevant variables.
