In evalclass/prcbench: Testing Workbench for Precision-Recall Curves

Version 1.1.8

This is a submission for updating the already published package - prcbench.

In this version I have:

• Used patchwork to combine multiple ggplots,

• Used styler and lintr to reformat R source files,

• Updated unit tests for ggplot related functions,

• and Updated the version.

  • 1.1.1 -> 1.1.8

Test environments

• local Ubuntu 22.04.1, R 4.2.2

• win-builder, R Under development (unstable) (2023-03-11 r83971 ucrt)

• Windows Server 2012 R2 x64 (on AppVeyor), R 4.2.2 Patched (2023-03-03 r83933 ucrt)

• GitHub Actions
