exoplanetX/greyforecasting: A package for grey systems forecasting methods

This package provide a series of tools for grey forecasting methods, one of the components of grey system theory. Functions such as gm(), dgm() complete all computation and retrive a S3 variable containing the model results, the class is named as 'greyforecasting'. In addtion, plot() and summary() functions are used to process the model variable.
