Description
Function that takes a spatial dataset and respective x and y coordinates to generate the spatial map of an individual sample
Usage
createSpatialSeurat(datasetObject, metadataObject)
Arguments
datasetObject
dataset object
metadataObject
metadata object that includes X and Y coordinates for each cell
