In gevaertlab/EpiMix.data: Data for the EpiMix package

EpiMix.data package

Supporting experiment data package for the EpiMix R package.

The package includes CpG site annotation for miRNA genes and lncRNA genes. It also includes some example datasets for illustrative purposes in the vignette:
